1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rydr ("the Service"), operated at rydrspot.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 16 and located in the European Union, you must have parental or guardian consent. By registering, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, videos, comments, spot information). By uploading, you grant Rydr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your content as part of the Service.
• You may embed public Instagram posts. You are responsible for ensuring the posts you embed are publicly available. Rydr does not host Instagram content -it is served by Instagram.
• You must not upload content that infringes on others' copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
• Rydr may remove any content at its discretion, including content that violates these terms or is reported by other users.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content.
• Upload explicit, violent, or hateful material.
• Impersonate others or create misleading accounts.
• Spam, advertise, or solicit without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission.
• Post deliberately inaccurate or misleading spot information that could endanger others.
• Share the location of spots on private property without the owner's consent.

6. Spot Information Disclaimer

Spot locations, conditions, and descriptions are contributed by users and may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Rydr does not verify the accuracy or safety of any spot.

• You visit any spot entirely at your own risk.
• Always check current local conditions before visiting.
• Some spots may be on private property -respect local laws and access rights.
• Rydr does not encourage trespassing or dangerous activities.
• Rydr is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from visiting any spot listed on the platform.

7. Copyright & DMCA

If you believe content on Rydr infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request by contacting us at the email below. Include:

• A description of the copyrighted work.
• The URL of the infringing content on Rydr.
• Your contact information.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized, and that your claim is accurate under penalty of perjury.

Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights may have their accounts terminated.

8. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
• Rydr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rydr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, injury, or damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on spot information.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Israel.
